Made it back from a one day and night trip back to the casino and its' buffet. Gaining only one pound is something that I can live with.
Had a huge bowl of rolled oats with honey, raisins and margerine added.
Then after a while got on my exercycle for 41minutes, 6.1 miles and 255.3 calories burned. Checked bloodsugar about half an hour later( about 1 1/2 hours after finished eating) and it was 123. So the oatmeal did spike my sugar a little.
Had a corn dog for lunch, with a little mustard.
Tonight my girlfriend surprised me with this chicken soup followed by frijoles and pork ribs, a little spicy and great tasting. Lots of vegetables in the chicken soup- squash,corn on the cob,potatoes, peas etc. I had a lot of food but do not feel stuffed. Skin still on the chicken and some fat on the pork- eat fat to lose fat as they say.
I feel pretty good for tomorrow morning's weigh in. Exactly 4 pounds to lose to get back to where I was before this buffet casino vacation.
