Well, I got off the pound I gained plus one! Yay! No more cheating for me. I WANT TO LOOSE THIS WEIGHT!

177.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb. Still to go: 12.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.2 lb a week
