Read a new book, and am taking a class on it. It's called the Low Sugar Impact diet by JJ Virgin. I will be working on it for good starting this week in a few days. But I've mostly been doing it and trying to stick to 1200 (or under 1300) calories a day. I lost 3 pounds this past week and am feeling a lot better.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
