Ugh, whenever I really start following the diet plans, I get ill. I mean, sure, it's autumn, so no wonder I got this cold, but can you imagine how much more difficult it is to lose weight, when all I do half the week is lying around at home? So, just the 2 pounds... Anyway, I'm still optimistic - in total since I started in August I lost nearly 20 pounds, so it's really not that bad. Still I hope next week I'll have better results. Fingers crossed!
