Man, two pounds up today! I hope it's just water retention. I was really thirsty all day yesterday, and I had to have drank a gallon of water, lol. I was actually up and moving more yesterday, and even walked on the treadmill for half an hour. I'm staying on Induction until I break below 160 lbs. I haven't been lower than 160 lbs. since I got married six years ago. Of course, my carb intake will be a little higher this Thursday, for Thanksgiving, but I'm going to try and stay fairly low. If I can find the low-carb bread that the recipe calls for, I'm going to make the stuffing in the Atkins For Life book, as well as the pumpkin pie. It has a pecan crust, which sounds delicious.
