Not great, but no carbs. I just binged a bit on no carby stuff for a few days and got a 3lb gain. Blah! I guess it could be worse...I could have gone off the deep end and binged on pizza, beer, and Mexican food : ) Back to lots of water and exercise.

muscle is heavier than fat, when you lift weight , the scale say that you gained weight yet you clothes fit better, and you definitely look better. Don't give up.
