I hope that all of my buddies had great weekends full of fun and adventure! And plenty of relaxation.

I sure did, and I wish that all weekends were three days long.

I'm back to full time calorie-counting and I think that I will be doing this for the rest of September. But I will be tracking mostly on My Fitness Pal, not here.

I'm still mostly sticking to my meal plan, but will be tracking calories again. This is just to give myself to best possible chance at getting to my goal weight range by my October 7th birthday. I only have 3.8 pounds to go until I hit the top of the range (138-142).
145.8 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.7 lb a week
