Had cashew chicken(homemade) with rice and spring roll with sauce. Also had 1/4 serving homemade apple cobbler at Bee's b-day dinner. It was all so delicious. But only a treat. Back on board diet today!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
