Wow I am shocked. Ate 3 ham
Sandwiches on Chicago rolls
around 9:00 and drank 2 glasses of
Wine. Also had hand full of chocolate
almonds. Weighed myself at 5:00 AM
152.6 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
