Shellie_AU's Journal, 10 September 2015

I think I've seriously mucked up somewhere with my weight in history.

So, going to start at the beginning, as I'm not sure if it's possible to add entries in previous months??

Height: 149cm

29.01.2015 - 68.7kg
19.02.2015 - 66kg
16.03.2015 - 64.8kg
04.08.2015 - 61.1kg
20.08.2015 - 60.8kg
04.09.2015 - 61kg

I'm a bit disappointed with the 1kg gain, but my trainer assures me it's muscle gain. I'll see what happens next weigh-in, & if it's another gain, then I'll be seriously disappointed!

I did 30 mins of weight resistance training this morning & now I'm off for a walk before it gets too cold.
134.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
steady weight

Hi Shellie, I know how easy it is to be disappointed when you're working so hard luv but logic has to tell you that if you're not cheating on your food intake and you're training hard then what your trainer says is true ~ you must be changing what was fat into muscle. Unfortunately a lot of us forget to measure ourselves before we start on a weight loss program so when we come to what appears to be a grinding halt for no apparent reason we go on a bit of a downer & think we'll never reach our goal ~ maybe you need to take a really good look at your body to see the changes and try on clothing that you used to wear to see if it fits you better now, how does your skin look, how do you actually feel ~ do you just want to be skinny or healthy ~ keep at it hon ~ at our age we now have to be very conscious of keeping moving, heart health, strokes etc...... and what you are physically doing for your body is awesome ~ so keep it up and it will pay you later in spades ..... have a great weekend .... Caio for now Jilly🌹
