Went out to dinner with Vanessa,
Nikki, Kevin, Kristin and Kenny. Had
Side salad and 6 wings. Later had a
Vanilla milkshake.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
