Wasn't feeling all too well last night. Didn't do the extra walk like I expected and didn't dance at all. I also ate about two and a half hours later than I usually do. I have to stop relying on others to help me lose weight as I am the only person that control my weight. Going up or down.
Today's walk;
2.21 miles with a friend and 4.27 miles on my own for a total of 6.48 miles
I added the 2 miles that I thought I would do at night because, like I said, I don't want to count on anyone else for my failures/successes.
I am back on track! Watch out Bocalvr...
