My biggest problem is my husband - when he has a day off he gets up and we go to town to eat breakfast. I try to eat correctly but the amounts served are huge. We then spend most of the day driving to visit people or shop for specific things - which means very little exercise and a lot of sitting. Of course there is also a DQ or McDonald break as well as a full dinner.It is hard to watch someone else eat and not order at least a small cone. When he is at work I usually have a protein shake follwed by an 4 mile run/hike, a spinach salad for lunch and a very small vegetable rich dinner. Problem is he is off work alot lately - 4 day week plus vacation time so when we are home I have to care for the animals and clean up the house which leaves very little time to exercise. Too many days off are hurting my weight lose program - I need to be more careful of how much i eat when we go out and I have to get more exercise - one cheat/rest day is okay but three days in a row (7 this week) is too much.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe you can continue to order healthy options and ask for a take out box right away. Put half of the servings straight into the take out box, so you don't eat the full plate before realizing that it's all gone and you are stuffed beyond belief. Best part is when you go to McD's for the break you can pull out the left-overs from the moring if you want to. :) good luck! ~Donna
