not too shabby!
just needs to keep going in this downwards direction and I'll be very happy. I don't want to give up my goal of getting down between 50-51 kilos by the end of the year.
I'm considering doing a monthly carb cycle to keep my body from getting too keto adapted.

Every body's different, but I tried a carb refeed day in late August and it took me over a week to get back down to where I was before the refeed. What I HAVE had success with (in terms of breaking a plateau or jump starting loss) is a 24-hour fast - between dinner one day and dinner the next - consuming just a tablespoon or so of MCT oil in coffee or hot tea at breakfast and lunch on the fast day.

I also do daily intermittent fasting. I start eating normally between 12.30-13 and close my window by around 19.30 or earlier.
It's also taking about a week for me to get down in week but it's finally going down. I think once a month or bi-monthly would work well.

Full disclosure - I don't do my 24-hour fast daily. I do it maybe once or twice a week (e.g., on Mondays, or on Monday and Thursday). It just seems to help shake things up a bit.
