Hi All, Well I started my journey on the 24th August, weighing in at 90kg's Embarrassed , I cried..... Anyway, I weighed myself this morning at home and then again at the doctors - I've shed 5 kg's in 8 days! So happy, I really need to add some exercise into the mix, but happy none the less Smile The goal is to lose 20kg's. This web site has definitely helped me. Counting calories certainly makes you think about what you are eating. I've even made friends with salad! Who knew it was so good?!?!?!?! Will check in again in a week or so Smile wish me luck!
187.4 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
