Ah, good. That was a relief. I got off that extra I gained during the first week and then some, so it's almost like it never happened. I shouldn't forget it though. I think every week you gain weight, you can learn from the mistakes you make. So weight issues once in a while, whether it be gaining or plateuing, isn't necessarily a bad thing.

So, since last time, I've dropped 2.4 pounds. Good. Not too much of a setback.

I've managed to find some kind of a balance in what to eat at the cafeteria (and not eating chinese food helps too ;) ). Ren's college cafeteris tips:

1. Salads can be delicious, just load them with other vegetables - not bacon bits and croutons - and not too much dressing (Would you like some salad with that dressing? lol).

2. Having pizza is resonable, but a single slice will satisfy if you get vegetables to go with it. But I don't recommend doing that often.

3. Don't waste calories on drinks! (I think i've gotten used to diet sodas after drinking them for so long...) It's usually good to stick with good 'ole water or diet soda. Or if you gotta have that chocolate milk or mountain dew, drink a cup of water first and see if you really want it after that. It's hard when I chose to drink some normal soda early on, and couldn't have dessert later on because of it :(


Also, even though I didn't hit the gym, all the walking I've been doing helps quite a bit.

Next week, my goal is to lose at least a pound, so 155 or so. I also want to go to the gym at least once this week.
