Day 71. After the bad week I had following my plan, I will take the loss and move on. Already completed my 2.25 mile walk this morning. I did 3 50 yard light jogs during the walk. Today is Kiwanis meeting day at Golden Corral. I look foward to the vegetable plate every week now. LOL! Eye on the prize everyone!! One day at a time!
