I wonder why, but hey its a holiday and being out n the fresh air all doing moving around would have helped. fry ups are a must if your are tenting. Pity about the weather

Some people make fry ups their 'keto' diet! I am sure fresh fruit and vegetables is a better idea though.

giles, I'm fairly sure the size of these fry ups (and the amount of added fried bread) would exempt them! LOL

Well, like I always say, its not the oil (and fry ups), that's bad for you, its too much of the things like butter cheese, and lard or fat trimmings on meat. also arguably egg yolks but they are full of vitamins so they are good in moderation.
