Oh my goodness, 4 lbs down in 3 days. Could I be dropping too fast?
251.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There are a lot of people here who would love to be asking themselves that question! I'm no expert, but I really don't think you're losing weight to quickly with the weight you are now. Fluctuations in weight can occur for a variety of reasons, but if you feel well, have your usual energy, and aren't having any tummy issues, just enjoy it. Don't be upset if you gain a pound or so back, as this frequently happens after a quick loss. Have a great weekend, my friend!

Thanks Pamela, I am very happy about the quick weight loss! I just want to make sure I do it in a healthy way. My husband thinks I'm obsessed and going overboard. Also, thanks for the advice about gaining. I know I will stall out soon and I will have to remember not to worry about that either :) I appreciate your comments! Have a great Labor Day weekend too!
