I had major abdominal surgery on June 25th and spent 4 weeks in the hospital. Two weeks later I went back in for a second lesser but still major surgery and am presently still recuperating. The two surgeries were to correct a large aortic aneurysm. I lost 20 pounds but have gained back about 6 so I'm well below my original goal weight but now have to gain another 6 pounds.
