frustrating but oh well... I'm getting used to being disappointed in myself. or at least where my weight is concerned.
I'm trying to be a bit easy on myself as I'm going through a very stressful phase and it's taking its toll on my weight for sure. this constant stress had to manifest itself somehow. one kilo above where I've been and it's hard to accept a gain. I just hope that when things settle again my weight will go down as well. for now that the best I can hope for...
