I am not doing to well. Yesterday I ate very good, was at the gym for an hour playing racquetball and did some treadmill. I don't wanna be starving but I see no results.
139.3 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.6 lb a week

It takes time! Stay off the scale and just go with how you are feeling. The most important step is to keep journaling what you eat. I've been doing this for 6 weeks and have lost 10 pounds. Journaling has really helped me keep track of calories and exercise (the in and the out!) Keep at it, you will see results - nothing happens over night!
