I need to get back into healthy eating habits....been struggling for a couple of weeks. Trying to find a new way of eating that will keep my blood sugar low, keep sodium low and watch the fat intake.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week
