Day 64. Up a half a pound. Surprised it isn't more due to the fact I over indulged this week. The exercise helped keep that in check. Lesson learned that exercise is key to helping keep the weight down. I never really paid much attention about that until now. I just took the shedding pounds for granted. Eye on the prize!! Here is to a good day and week! Post script. I had every intention of going to Kiwanis today but work kept me busy all day. All of my calories were eaten tonight. I am still WAY under which isn't good but I am no longer hungry.
254.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
