I don't know why the scale is not bulging. I am getting a bit frustrated. Today I must of jumped on the scale 20 times in ten minutes. I am even counting all that work as exercise! I changed the battery and even switched scales. I am going to lose this weight. I am not going to out smarted by a scale. I know I have been following this simple plan plus exercising so.... bring on tomorrow, little scale.
