Not feeling well today, I hope I can try to keep up good eating habits. I've been trying to get back into the swing of things and not feeling well could really put a crimp in my progress. I will just hope I feel better tomorrow.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
