I took a month off using My FatSecret... as I found that I was eating more when my Kcal were down reglardless of hunger.
My weight had pretty much stablised within 1-2 lbs each week and I wanted to loose a further 7lbs...
However I now feel I am eating more sweet things and have lost the descipline of healthy eating... so back on board.. hopefully not eating when Kcals are down and looking at weekly averages.
Target weight is not too far away, but maintaining it is the tricky bit, whilst fueling up for running and also rewarding myself sensibly.
We have 2 weekends away, which is always tricky and can feel sorry for oneself!
