I basically refrained from eating all day today, although I ate plenty before I went to sleep. I stayed up until about 4 am last night and woke up at 6 am this morning, woofed down some protein bars, and went about my day. I have felt like complete shit for the entire day and I'm making careless mistakes at work. It's important that I don't do this again ni the future. Throwing off my sleep schedule has been detrimental tom diet as well.
