Okay, I took some time off to enjoy hitting my first goal weight, and I'm still on "vacation," so to speak... but I did come in to update my new goal weight, which is now 153 pounds.

I'll weigh myself Monday and get started on Part II of this surprisingly successful venture. And if turns out I've gained a little back, so what? One of the reasons this is working for me this time is that I'm not obsessing about anything. It's just data!

Meanwhile, I'm continuing to enjoy my milestone celebration. Still can't believe that I actually hit 167 pounds, and that I am sitting here in size 12 jeans after years of being a size 14-16.

Love it!

There's no stopping me now!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
