Had chicken, avocado and mac & cheese
For dinner. Ate tuna for lunch. Also had
At 10:00 last nice 2 pieces of toast with
Peanut butter and a cup of coffee
149.0 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
