there are approximately two weeks until the family comes to town for Thanksgiving. my goal is to be down below 200 pounds by the time they get here. im going to go to the gym every day this week for an hour and do cardio to help the process along.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
