Did not do as well as i wanted to do.
250.4 lb Lost so far: 135.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

hey Castlegull what diet are you following? I am doing the herbalife shake plan and its working well. it doesnt seem painful at all.
