Just got back from vacation. Ate a lot of carbs!!!!! But didn't gain a lot. JUST OVER A POUND!

Back to the routine again. Had fun so it was worth it!!!!
226.8 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 66.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1849 kcal Fat: 88.36g | Prot: 68.52g | Carb: 199.50g.   Breakfast: Manhattan Bagel Everything Bagel, Peanut Butter, Dasani Bottled Water (16.9 oz), Coffee with Milk and Sugar. Lunch: Frankfurter, Wiener or Hot Dog. Dinner: Tuna Salad Sandwich, TGI Friday's Onion Rings, Wal-mart Deli Cole Slaw, Dasani Bottled Water (16.9 oz). Snacks/Other: Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting), Oscar Mayer P3 Portable Protein Pack, AriZona Beverage Diet Green Tea with Ginseng. more...
