I had plateaued at about 8 lbs weight loss on my 200 calories every 2-3 hours weight loss plan and started binging due to boredom and stress on the weekends (2 in a row), so I was afraid to weigh myself last week. This Monday, to my surprise I was down 3 more lbs!!!! I have to admit 1200 calories is pretty restrictive, and even though I "binged" I still consumed much less than I would have a month ago on a typical day. Monday I got back on track, as my first goal of loosing "a gallon" of Fat has been reached and I am ecstatic! Looking forward to meeting my weight loss goal & saving money on grocery bills!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
