2113 kcal Fat: 82.91g | Prot: 90.25g | Carb: 218.29g.   Breakfast: Ricoffy, Kellogg's All Bran Hi-Fibre, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: Parmalat Low Fat Fruit Yoghurt, Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Wimpy Cheese Griller. Dinner: Potato, Lamb or Mutton Stew with Vegetables in Gravy (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy, No Potatoes). Snacks/Other: White Table Wine, Cadbury Dairy Milk, Grapes, Apple Pie (Commercial, Enriched Flour), Simba Salted Peanuts. more...
