I was amazed to see a pound gone especially on vacation with friends but I was still making choices most intentional and exercise came in the form of watch and walking kids for four days and driving 8 hours but Im super happy and look forward to getting another one this week!
202.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
