Not doing well in my diet and physical activity. Must start doing better as my health depends on me losing weight. Dr. told me to walk only 10 min a day and build up to 60 min. I am a member of a wellness center and Curves so why don't I take advantage of these two places. Activity every day. Last week the dr. picked up a chair in his office and asked if I would like to carry that around for a week. He said I was carring more than that and I must excercise daily. I have only excercised two days since last week.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
