I'm trying to pay more attention to the time I eat, and the quantity. I'm preparing for a full knee replacement October 1, and I know the more weight I lose the easier my recovery will be. Due to stupidity, I tripped on my walker and now I'm using crutches. Not the exercise I should be getting.
231.4 lb Lost so far: 86.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.7 lb a week
