Still just plodding along. Looking at things and how they are now I might just lower my goal weight again, probably down to 200. That would be interesting to be below 200.. Even when I was doing triathlons I was 204..
211.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
