I'm not really following a diet. I'm watching my calore intake and working out. I'm developing more muscle (which everyone knows weighs more than fat) and I'm looking more tone but the number on the scale makes me feel bad since it's not really moving. My mom told me this past weekend that I am bulking up too much and that I need to find a program that will slim me down....she fussed when I was heavy...now she's fussing because I am getting too muscular....go figure - I guess you cant please everyone.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
