Ate waffle fries for dinner. Tonight
I am having penny pasta vodka salad
And garlic knots. Also an Italian desert
Like fried dough. Sure I will gain tomorrow
146.2 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
