Heute keine Lust zum Laufen gehabt :/ Mal schauen, ob ich Sonntag vor dem Aktiv- Urlaub nochmal laufe... DEMOTIVIERT!!
172.4 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
