Day 50. The weigh in went as expected, no weight lost. I lost focus on exercise this past week and drank more than my share of empty calories. NOT TO WORRY!! Back at it this week with an oatmeal , egg and a 2 oz portion of BBQ boneless chicken thigh with Mrs. Dash and no sauce for breakfast. I am trying a tad more protein in the morning. I also did 2.25 miles in 40 minutes this morning. I think the 3 miles daily was a bit too much to accomplish at my current weight. 10 days left until my first goal (the contest). Eye on the prize!!
