I didn't get to do any pilates last week! Hopefully I can incorporate 4 days of pilates sometime this week, but the Jillian Michaels challenge is really hard and doing anything else after that is very very difficult. I am seeing a little bit of progress though, I lost 3 lbs last week, now the hard part is keeping it off!! Wish me luck! I am hoping to start walking/jogging next month when it starts to cool off some. I also joined a walking team at work so that should also be a motivator! 20 pounds by December and I have 13 more pounds to go!
