Got back from Myrtle Beach and decided to go with a low carb diet. No flour products, no sugars; only fruits and beans and such. So far, haven't had any candy, sweets, sodas, baked goods or bread. Bread is the hardest part, as I would rather have a piece of good bread than a donut. I have been drinking my coffee without any sugar, just creamer, which I never thought I would do.

I haven't been hungry and actually haven't wanted to each as much. The meals I've been eating seem to be lasting longer. So three days in and so far it's been an interesting experiment. Down 5 pounds--YAY me!
190.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
