had a slice of pizza but that was all. I ate it slowly and put the rest away and for the first time tasted it and enjoyed it. I didnt feel deprived. the scale went up half a lb but i am not upset about it. i am focusing on lifestyle change and portion control. i met my goals of getting 8-10 glasses of water a day and exercise 3 days this week. My goal for next week is to get 4 days of exercise in and drink all of water and record everything with the goal of losing 1# per week hereafter.

That's great. I love pizza! Now I choose the right kind with a thin crust, lots of veggies and chicken. We can all still eat our favorite foods with a little modification and portion control.
