1759 kcal Fat: 60.25g | Prot: 82.86g | Carb: 218.35g.   Breakfast: Ricoffy, Kellogg's All Bran Hi-Fibre, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: Parmalat Low Fat Fruit Yoghurt, Woolworths Seasonal Fruit Salad. Dinner: PnP Butternut, Cauliflower, Chicken Drumstick Meat and Skin, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked). Snacks/Other: Ice Cream, SPAR Milk Tart, Willards Cheese Curls, Biltong. more...
