I had to fast for 1.5 day for a check up and I decided to use that opportunity to restart a new cycle of my diet program :-) but between I had a piece flatbread, first piece bread after 35 days no carb diet.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
