After working SO HARD to get down to 147 in one year's time back in April 2012, 3 years later I'm now the highest I've been in 4 years and I'm DONE! Starting today, I'm back on my low card diet, the drinking in going to change, and I WILL be exercising!! I lost 53 pounds in one year before; have 75 total to go this time around; with diet AND exercise, I think I can do it in one year too...and GO!!
