Up 1.6, but that is after one hectic move across border - lots of stress and and and - bottom line is, I am back on track, and I picked up much less than I thought I did. Missed my friend, the scale!
188.7 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
